Come join the herd for the final Beginner 5K Training Program of the year. This six week program is designed with the beginner runner in mind and prepares one to conquer a 5K race. For those of you looking to start running or get back into the sport this year, this program is for you!
Beginner 5K Training Program Includes:
-Weekly schedule & e-mail newsletter
-Coach led workouts each Tuesday at 6pm, held at either FWRUNCO or TCU Lowdon Track & Field Complex
-Each program is designed to prepare runners for a 5K race in the Fort Worth area
-Optional FWRUNCO group social runs on Monday nights (6:30pm) & Saturday mornings (7am), and boot camp on Wednesday nights (6pm)
